The power of kindness

Achieve joy and happiness by being kind and using kindness affirmations. Individuals, families and communities with high level of compassion and kindness, are more likely to succeed!



When we gain understanding and acceptance of others we invite the positive benefits of kindness into our lives. Preforming random acts of kindness or showing compassion towards others has many benefits. In addition to improving your mood and overall health, being kind releases oxytocin, also know as the "love hormone" or the "cuddle hormone", which promotes many types of positive social interaction.


Extending kindness, receiving kindness and observing kindness, all have the same beneficial impacts on an individuals growth, healing and their physical and mental health. Individuals also show significant Improvements in the functioning of their immune system and get sick less often, show a reduction in their blood pressure, report having increased self-esteem and even showed improvement in the strength of their relationships.

Use positive words and affirmations


Affirmations are positive statements that challenge and help you to overcome negative thought patterns and outdated beliefs. The use of daily affirmations can create positive lasting change and transform unwanted learned behaviors. What you tell yourself matters, so telling yourself things that make you feel happy and have a direct positive impact on your life are the words you should to telling yourself at the start and end of each day.


kindness affirmations


Begin by choosing 5-10 kind affirming statements that align with your life purpose, values and true potential. Speak each affirmation out loud twice each day for at 5-10 minutes each day. This will help to reprogram any negative thoughts and insensitivity for self as well as create awareness for the words spoken to others.
